1 - DECLARATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

the undersigned, declare that I am aware of the dangers that may exist in the context of sporting events and assisting in their implementation. Also he claims to have the experience and professional training to assist in security, to the performance of them and to engage in all necessary precautions to prevent physical and material damage to himself and to others; to respect the safety orders given it by the marshals and organizers; to assume any and all liability for damages that may suffer, for their imprudence or inexperience. To raise any and all civil and criminal liability the Organizing Committee, the Race Director and any other Institution or Association as mentioned above. The undersigned also agrees to comply with any provisions relating to the use and validity of the pass, possibly communicated by the Press. Crediting Print is released exclusively for over 18 years. Delivered the pass is personal and is strictly prohibited the sale of the same to third parties. Any abuse, if found, will be reported to the judicial authorities.

2 - PERSONAL DATA TREATMENT (information according to Italian Law d.Lgs 30/06/2003 n. 196 art. 13)

We hereby inform that the personal data provided willl be used exclusively e for scopes purposes of archive and management of the Press Office activities of the events, in full respect of the person's rights as per Art. 13 of the aforementioned Law.
